Shop fitting for general contracting
Hair salons are evolving into lifestyle spaces in addition to being points of purchase. Their transformation is a key growth driver for players in this industry. The Emotion concept was composed of seven key moments during a client’s salon visit: window display, reception desk, diagnostic, washing station, service, shopping and leaving. It was designed to re-connect clients with an emotional experience in the salon.
Fitting the first Maybelline New York shop. MEDIA6 Group and Ateliers Normand’s shop fitting department managed all of the trade work and made all the fixtures for this new concept.
Eurostar Business Lounge
MEDIA6 ATELIERS NORMAND collaborated with architectural firms Softroom in London and Househamm Henderson in Paris to create the new Eurostar Business First Lounge at Paris’s Gare du Nord. This project is located on the second floor of Gare du Nord’s emblematic building and required eight months of work for a 600 m2 space. Materials used for this top-quality work included marble, lava stone, oak and brass. Furnishings that combined brass and stainless steel, as well as marble and oak veneer, were made in MEDIA6 Agencement’s workshops.

The use of furniture makes it possible to present not only clothing on hangers or folded, but also accessories. Furniture is fitted with displays providing information about products and customer services. To optimize presentation space (column covers, etc.), furniture can be adapted to the constraints of the building.
